Melissa joined Ewing & Clark Downtown Seattle office as a Property Manager a little over five years ago, after being involved in residential real estate sales.  Melissa is highly motivated and fills a variety of roles by focusing on homeowners association management and residential management and leasing in the Greater Seattle area.  She enjoys working with a variety of clients and dedicates all of her time to assisting them with all of their management and real estate needs.

Melissa is a member of the Washington State Community Association Institute.  She attends several seminars and lectures over the year to stay current with new laws and trends in condo association management.  Melissa’s goal is to continue to successfully manage condominium associations while giving excellent customer service to all of her clients.
