Rico McPherson joined Ewing & Clark, Inc. in 2010 with over six years of experience in the real estate industry.  Assisted many buyers and sellers with his keen eye and understanding of the marketplace, as well as managing his own investment properties.  Rico, also has been a successful small business owner in Belltown with an expansive and lifelong connections within the community.  Rico brings a strong sense of community with his volunteering through altruism and networking.  Rico was born at Swedish Hospital and raised in the heart of Seattle, now raising his son who attends a local Seattle school.
