Sandra is a former fundraiser and Development Director with twenty-five years of financial and project management experience, working with, among others, the University of Washington EMBA Program, Seattle Center Foundation and Seattle Children's Museum. She has a degree in business and finance from Simmons College in Boston. Sandra has been a Property Manager for fifteen years and she welcomes the opportunity to develop a good rapport with owners while maintaining their investment's value. She is Director of the Property Management Department at Ewing & Clark.

Ewing & Clark's Property Management team currently manages numerous commercial and mixed-use buildings, multi-family and single-family residences, along with twenty-five Homeowners' Associations.
