Pete Neu

A 4^th generation Seattleite, Pete Neu embodies Old Seattle values and New Seattle ambition. His pedigree brings years of elite service to the firm of Ewing & Clark, positioning him with a unique understanding of global trends & local know-how. Pete has spent past years crunching numbers as a mortgage broker in California and negotiating residential development deals in New York City. With millions of dollars in deals in multiple markets under his belt, Pete’s deep foundational knowledge of the housing industry is now at the service of his clients in the PNW. An alumnus of UW’s Foster School of Business, Mr. Neu enjoys applying his marketing and technology entrepreneurship degree to his current role selling and purchasing distinctive properties in Seattle and the greater Puget Sound region.

In his free time, Pete is a sculptor and connoisseur of design and visual art. He holds a Masters in Fine Art from the School of Visual Arts in NYC and a Post-Bacc in photography from the prestigious School of the Art Institute of Chicago. The son of a Master Woodworker and Interior Designer, he now happily lends his critical eye for detail to sellers and buyers alike. When he’s not in the city, Pete’s favorite escapes are to the family cabin on the Sound, the mountains for Nordic and downhill skiing, or the Peninsula for hikes in the Hoh rainforest.
