Property Management Services
Accounting
We use state-of-the art financial software to furnish you with monthly income balance sheets and expense statements as well as year-end statements. Additional accounting services include collection of rents and assessments; follow-up on delinquent accounts; payment of invoices; budget and reserve analysis; and maintenance of operating accounts, reserve accounts and bank loans. Whether you are Seattle HOA management account, a commercial management account, or single family home for rent, our property management accounting team can assist.
Administration
We provide a full range of administrative services, including an on-call 24/7 phone line for emergencies; and coordinating communication among tenants, owners, vendors, and boards. We strive to make the property management experience as smooth as possible for all parties involved.
Maintenance
Because of our long relationships with many vendors, the properties we manage receive the services of reliable professionals. Unlike many other Greater Seattle property management companies who markup maintenance we use third party vendors for a fair fee.
Project Management
If you are conducting a building audit, addressing construction defects, repairing an aging building, or just making a common area more attractive, we are careful to select the appropriate vendors, meet your timeline, and stay within budget. We have banking relationships if a building loan is needed. We have managed large HOA projects, commercial property management developments, and residential remodels.
