Peter Argeres is a well-respected veteran Commercial Real Estate Broker that brings his reputation for integrity and good relationships to Ewing & Clark. Peter has 30 years of experience in Sales and Leasing of Retail & Office Buildings, Warehouse, Multi-Family, Land and Commercial Condos in the Puget Sound area. Peter works with a large range of clients from large institutions to individuals. He takes pride in his negotiating skills, tenacity for closing deals, and maintaining long term positive relationships with his clients. Peter also manages a few commercial properties.
Growing up in Reno, Nevada, he learned a lot about Real Estate from his father’s business and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Management from University of Nevada, Reno. Moving to Seattle in 1990, he now considers himself a native and has deep love and avid interest in our local business community.
Volunteering with local nonprofits and his Greek Orthodox community keep him connected. Skiing, hiking, cycling, and SUP keeps him sane, and his family keeps him happy.
