Richard Riley

Richard has been affiliated with Ewing & Clark, Inc. for over 20 years and works in office, industrial and retail leasing.  Richard is also involved in the sale of commercial land as well as industrial and retail buildings.  In recent years, he sold 2 multifamily properties in Long Beach, an industrial property in Fisherman’s Terminal. Additionally, he was involved in the sale of a Marina on Lake Union for $9.45 million.  During Covid-19, he has signed leases in Renton and Seattle  that provided Landlords with paying tenants.  Richard has also managed the Old Spaghetti Factory building at the foot of Broad Street in Downtown Seattle. He was the leasing agent for the Ravenna office before they were torn down for renovation.

Prior to working at Ewing & Clark, Inc., Richard was with Household International for four years, working in consumer and home lending.

Clients include: Flatiron Properties, Old Spaghetti Factory, Porterfield Management Corporation, Saratoga Capitol, Inc., Colibri LLC, Dan Lourie, Gary Bergamini, Ted Saedi, The Strickland Trust, John Dunato, Michael LeMay, Beanbox.co and Matthew Berk, Seattle Pops, Connie Chu, Angela Mendolia and the Seattle Go Center.
