Roger Lorenze has been a commercial real estate broker in Seattle for over 10 years. He works with property owners selling and leasing commercial properties, as well as, assisting buyers to navigate the complexities of acquiring commercial assets. Roger’s connections with banking professionals, environmental experts, and legal minds provide a helpful resource for his clients.   

Recent projects include his client’s sale of a North Seattle property to the State of Washington’s Department of Transportation for eminent domain and the leasing/eventual sale of the multi-use Peck Building in the heart of Fremont.  Roger’s other projects include: the sale of Philadelphia Church property to Holman Shopping Center; sale of the Shilshole West Office Building in Ballard; the sale of the historic Hull Building in downtown Seattle; lease negotiations for BioSonics, Inc.’s new headquarters; sale of the Heritage Distillery in Ballard; and the industrial sale of Bryant Motors to CITC for their future headquarters / training facility.

Regardless of the size of the transaction or type of commercial property, Roger’s energy, professionalism, and organizational skills are qualities his clients and colleagues come to expect and appreciate.
