History

Broadmoor’s main attraction is its 18-hole golf course and accompanying private club. While Broadmoor does not have its own business district, it is within walking distance of Madison Park and Lake Washington, and is just a short trip to the nearby Capitol Hill and Montlake neighborhoods. The Washington Park Arboretum practically serves as Broadmoor’s backyard, offering miles of walking trails and access to the Japanese Garden.
