Homes sold in less than 3 weeks (18 days) for an average of $463 per square foot. In addition, three more homes sold off-market as reported by real estate agents. Those sold for an average of $1,051,133 and $402.80 per square foot. The highest sales price was a Capitol Hill home built in 1907. The 3 bed/1.75 bath home closed after one day on the market for the list price of $1.875 million. The lowest sales price was for a 840 sq ft Rainier Beach home that sold off-market for $265,000.

38 Seattle condominiums sold this past week. The average size was 928 sq ft and sold for an average of $605 per square foot which equated to an average sales price of $556,438 which was just under the average list price of $560,576. The Seattle condos sold on an average of 38 days. There were 2 off-market sales for an average of $1,055,000. The highest sales price was for a condo on the 21st floor of Insignia in Belltown. The lowest sales price was a condo in the south-end built in 1976. It closed at $165,500.
