5 Things To Do This June in Seattle
There are plenty of exciting activities and events around the city as spring gives way to summer. Here’s our list of 5 things to do in Seattle this June.
Pancakes and Booze Art Show: June 3rd
Seattle’s underground pop-up art show Pancakes and Booze is back again at El Corazon in the Lake Union area. Featuring over 75 up-and-coming artists and over 500 displays of art, join in the fun and excitement and support your local arts scene! There will be booze and free pancakes. Additionally, there will be DJ music and LIVE body painting. This is a 21+ event. The start time is 8pm and goes until midnight. Tickets are available here.

Concerts at Marymore Park: June 4th - August 16th

Marymoor Live presents a wide variety of live music in a lush green space. The events take place at Marymoor Park in Redmond. Seating is festival style, so bring some blankets and chairs and get comfortable listening to various bands. You can bring a picnic dinner or feel free to eat at one of the many vendors that will be there. They’ll also be serving beer, wine, and other non-alcoholic beverages. Indigenous People Festival: June 10th
Indigenous People Festival honors the stories and traditions of American Indians and Alaska Natives. This event will be filled with dancing and entertainment, arts & crafts vendors, art demonstrations, as well as films. The festival takes place at Seattle Center in the Armory and outside amphitheater. There is no fee for entry and the event is scheduled for 11am – 5pm.

Father's Day Train Ride: June 17th - 18th
Treat the father in your life to a memorable Steam Train adventure on this 2-hour round-trip excursion. The scenic ride is between North Bend and Snoqualmie Falls along 5.5 miles of the original 1800s Seattle Lake Shore and Eastern Railway. You can depart from either North Bend or Snoqualmie. The main station is at Northwest Railway Station. Tickets start at $18 and can be found here.

Gobble Up Food Fair: June 24th

Go hungry to the Gobble Up Food Fair held in Lake Union Park. There will be 75+ different crafty food and beverage vendors. Some examples of what will be there include sauces, teas, kitchenware, as well as various food trucks. You’ll be able to enjoy the beautiful summer weather while enjoying an amazing view of the Sound. Hours are from 10am – 5pm and it’s free to attend this event.
